Tuck Up Definition

Start lying on your back, with arms extended overhead and legs extended and pressed together. Engage the core and bring your legs to your chest while reaching forward with your hands. Lower back in a controlled movement. Want to scale down? Substitute these for sit-ups or hollow rocks.
