Single-leg Squat Definition

A one-legged squat. Begin standing straight, with one leg straight out in front of you. Move your hips backward and lower in a controlled motion into a squat. Stand back up and repeat.

This is an advanced movement. To scale, perform double the amount of regular air squats.
