Handstand Push-up Definition

In a handstand (can be against the wall), bend your elbows and descend slowly until your head touches the ground, then push yourself upwards until your arms are straight.

This is an advanced exercise. As a scaling option perform double the amount of regular push ups.

Note, a "parallette handstand push up" involves using parallette bars to get a deeper range of motion.
